235 Highland Avenue
For this project we used aerial photos and videos to capture this beautiful $8 million home located at 234 Highland Avenue in Newton, MA. Using aerial imagery allowed the full location of the house to be captured, including the groomed lawn, the winding pathway, and the pleasant surrounding neighborhood.

We sent a Phantom 4 up in the sky to photograph and record the house from multiple angles and directions, showing off the property and surrounding area.
About the Drone
The DJI Phantom 4 is one of the best of the industry. It packs a lot of tech in a small package, including multiple vision sensors for collision avoidance, a great camera, and a GPS so it always knows where it is.
